Browserpicker insisting on Microsoft NET to run #97

When I try to run Browserpicker , it asks me to install Microsoft NET (this pop up) Even after installing it Browserpicker still doesn't recognise it and keeps popping up with this window every time I click a link in an email or try to run the Browserpicker application.

Tried re-starting Windows and also uninstalling MS NET but it made no difference.

Running Beta 2.0 beta 3.1.

Uninstalled and then installed version 1.8.6 - and everything worked fine!
