composer.json should not pointed to dev-master #5

It is not recommanded to use dev-master for tools following classic semver. It can broke package.

Good idea - I intended to do this one a release with my PRs was in. There are a few test failures, although the main branch could have these too since we're not pinned to a version.

Fixed in HEAD.
