Hello this sounds to me like ispyconnect can't connect to your ispy server.
When you click on the troubleshooter button in web settings does that complete
successfully?

Still no word from you. This used to work on iPhone and iPad. Now all I see
is a yellow camera icon. Nothing has changed on my end other than upgrading
twice now. I know I'm only paying for basic subscription but please don't
simply ignore me. I would like to expand my subscription but won't until I can
use my mobile devices.

Sorry about that. I had a hard time finding this post again. That is my
fault. I didn't see that you did respond. Again I'm very sorry. I did what
you suggested and it told me that everything was ok except a warning at the
very top of the wizard. It said that I might have trouble finding the cameras
if I used a non-standard port. I was using 8081 and switched it back to 8080
and now it all works. Thank you for your help. I had to scroll down to see
the wizard. Also, many a warning when changing the port.
I'm very happy with it now. It works on my iPhone and iPad as well as any
other browser I've used.
Thanks again.
