RFE: Passthrough recording profile #31

I have cameras that provide RTSP and MJPEG streams that are already 
time-stamped and well compressed.  When iSpy recompresses the video it wastes 
system resources and reduces image quality.

Unmodified video streams also have greater evidentiary value in court.

My request for enhancement is therefore:

* Add a "passthrough" recording profile that does not transform the input 
stream before writing it to the storage area.

Unfortunately that's not an option with the other open source projects that 
ispy is using (ffmpeg).
