This looks great. I changed back the name and ID in the manifest, made qwerty_us the default keymap again (though numeric_links remains selectable), and added back the "Select preset..." option in the settings UI (because it looks looks a bit odd to show "QWERTY" in the preset dropdown regardless of what preset is actually used), otherwise everything is mostly merged as-is.
