In the Morphs table what's the difference between base and norm collum #25

I actually don't know, I assume norm as created because a morphemizer was producing bases that were problematic in some way. Simplifying the Morpheme class is something I've been wanting to do, but I'll wait until after I hopefully get spacy working.
