Messing Documentation #1

Hi there, Just clone the code but i cant see any documentation for this can you please provide one

I was able to run the script but I'm always getting "ERROR list index out of range" always in logs. O'm assuming its related to the parameters that should be passed to the script from Zabbix.

Can you please update the documentation with the configuration steps from Zabbix? or with a step by step manual?
