Latest version of ANCOM BC on QIIME2 ? #12

Hello,

Thanks to have created this tool.

Is it possible to have the latest version of ANCOM BC (v1.6) with this plugin? Because the latest version of ANCOM BC v1.6 need R v4.2 but the QIIME2 environment got a previous version of R (like v4.1).

Hi @JeremyTournayre - I am currently working on a new wrapper for ANCOM-BC that will be in q2-composition (as @mortonjt mentioned above). This is still a work in progress, but is scheduled to be finished for the QIIME 2 2022.11 release! 🙂
