cuz i need the Moved Correctly feature in a server (if it can be used as a client mod)

1.21 will come eventually.

You can also use this mod: https://modrinth.com/mod/horsebuff It has the same fix.

You can't have it client-side. Minecraft code that moves the horse and checks for "moved wrongly" is purely server-side.
