A few other fixes/improvements:

BUG: Disabled CombineAddressOfStore32
Stopped pre-initializing virtual registers; resulted in significant reduction in code by 3.8%!
Rematerialized constants if virtual register with constant is spilled; but very rare when other optimizations enabled

The bulk of this change is to track physical registers, similar to virtual registers. This will support eventual precise garbage collection metadata.
