Update Random court display order (2's, 3's, 4's) #11

Since the Court Results were reordered (2's, then 3's, then 4's), the Random teams court display order (rectangles) should also be updated for consistency. Current behavior: Court display order starts with 4's, then 3's, then 2's. See issue 7.
