Add Reset button #4

2 issues. 1 Currently the Nav Bar for mobile devices, has a button to the far right which is non functional. 2 This button should probably be replaced with a Reset button (clear the screen of any court results, player assignment data; and also clear any form selections).

Clear button was added; probably needs further testing on older browsers. Tested on latest Chrome.
