Court Results sort order #7

Currently the sort order is by the team size (with largest # of courts) first. Would be more logical to order by team size (doubles first, 3's, 4's last) and show the appropriate number of courts. (concept of smallest team size to largest team size, regardless of # of courts) This would also result in a more consistent ordering and aid in automated testing.

This issue may be moot if the Court Results button and display is removed.

Since the Court Results were reordered (2's, then 3's, then 4's), the Random teams court display order (rectangles) should also be updated for consistency. Current behavior: Court display order starts with 4's, then 3's, then 2's.
