Slideshow style changes #8

This can be a thread for addressing particular style and visual changes requested for the slideshow. This will become more prevalent as further content is added to the presentation.

Make sure Logo's are sized properly when showing the simulation engines, and most importantly that the HOOMD logo is not overly large.
Make sure the MoSDeF logo is shown at some point, and preferable shown on every slide somewhere, or at least a version of it. Could be cool if clicking that logo takes you to an overview page so you can navigate back to a particular section of the show. If not, it definitely should be on the title screen.

Couple of more points from an earlier discussion:

Box Border Radii should be mirrored.
Better transitions and interactivity.
GMSO slides tables could be better.
Interactive links for titles.
