Licensing confusion: GPL or LGPL?

Is this project licensed under GPL or LGPL? The files under lib/pystray show LGPL in the header but the repository COPYING file shows GPL...

Would be great if the author (@moses-palmer) clarifies this? Thanks

The license intended is indeed LGPL. The original license was GPL, but it was later changed; I forgot to completely update all files.

I have removed the ambiguous license file on the master branch.
