Please note I am aware this is a lot last minute, I worked on this a little last week and meant to push what I had for initial review, but I had too much going on that needed my direct attention so I apologize.

Gif background slowed down
dashboard addons achievements and leaderboard section
buttons larger/ same function
hover added to box for future linking
tab text and image changed
accordion code fixed and turned into hook for reusability
centering issue of boxes fixed

There is an issue when using a smaller screen the boxes on the dashboard will block our nav buttons. This was discovered today and I will update that code as well as some other fixes such as the game window not auto adjusting.

Has been notated and marked in detail via Jira.
