when i downloaded that project and try to run on my machine, it cant run, it showing an error! #384

Actually, I downloaded the project code from GitHub and tried to run it on my machine, besides I also changed the Connection String in WebConfig.cs but when we put the "update-database" comment, then it showed "value can't be null", please solve this.
