Youtube video file is not uploading

I am following every step for integrating Gdata library and showing videos from 
youtube and uploading video.

 But Uploading video is giving crash.

  Please resolve this above issue in my attched source code.

 I tried for 4 days , but still iam facing same crash while uploading video.

Please use the discussion group for requests for development assistance. Be 
sure to include a crash log showing the relevant thread when discussion any 
crash.
