Thanks for creating this package! I thought it would be nice to have an option for passing your own consensus score as an input, which would override the one calculated automatically.

Hi @tvieijra,

I think the consensus identity score is a unique value calculated from MSA. I close this PR because I do not think it should be set freely by the user.
