robotiumUtils.sortViewsByLocationOnScreen is not sorting the views as per location on screen #578

I fetched views using solo.getview(id),,
i added them into list and sent to the above function

The list is not sorted as per view location. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the list should be sorted as per view arrangement on screen

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

We have decided to not take action on this issue. Will open up if 
prioritisation changes in the future.
