Hi @mossjacob , I get rough curves when I run python version. Would you please help, I also changed num_epochs and didnt help. Thanks very much! best, Tiam

Hi @TiamHeydari , sorry for the delay. Could you share your data? In the top left graph (which plots the MST), I am curious why your blue datapoints are not labelled with a cluster?
