Window popups #168

When the emm window is in the background, the emm popups, such as pick
poster size and select movie steal focus. So if you type an email, it will
interrupt you.

This is a no-win situation.... if we don't force the window to the top, people 
report
it as a bug that they didn't notice it was waiting for input.... if we do force 
it to
the top, people report that they don't want it interrupting them. lol Sorry, 
but I
think we'll leave it as is.
