Activate unmark all button, even if only one movie is marked #208

Would be very useful if even only one movie is marked, then the "mark all"
button would turn to "unmark all" to be able to unmark all marked at once.

Should be working vice versa. So if you have marked movies, but you unmark them
one-by one, then the button should be changed back to "mark all", if there is 
not
more marked.
