I think it would be nice if it would be possible to chose a format and a
template for the offline video file.

Format could be: SD = 720x576 HD1=???x480, HD2=1280x720, HD3=1920x1080
Template: just a couple of nicer graphic style...

Just FYI, you can change the image to whatever you want. It's stored in the 
Images
folder of your EMM directory as OfflineDefault.jpg.
