Bulk Renamer : Source handle #235

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

Add in the database and in the edit film a source field :)

Will be auto detected from the file name for the first scan. Then stored in
DB for change if the original filename don't have info and to be able to
generate good filenames after in bulk renamer.

Important since lot's of skin now show an icon for source type :)

I see your point, but if you remove the source from Ember (or delete db) you
will
loose that info!
I will talk to the Ember Team and try to find a any solution to that.
This Issue will stay open until further input

I know you will loose the info but perhaps add it also in the nfo xml.

The problem is as i post on the forum, that bulk rename is not fully usable at
this time.

If you rename using source, for all film that it don't detect source you have to
manually edit the filename before (and so for all associated data ...).

If you rename and forget to use source you loose the data too and totally
irreversible.

I understand that's why next release wil have by default the source in the
pattern.
Also that why the list show what will be the result.. so user can check before
doing
something that can't be reverted.
About put source in the nfo.. will discuss that with ember team and see what we
can do!
Btw source is detected using the folder/file name
