sorting in export movie list not case insensitive & using sort field #253

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. export movie list

What is the expected output? 
a case insensitive, sorted list using the "Sort Field"

What do you see instead?
the sorting is done with Title Field and is not case insensitive.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r1069, Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.

Rogue added sorting of export list by SortTitle in r1083. 

I added case insensitive sorting in r1088.
