Red LED start and keeps blinking after APM boot / no ESC response #913

Why do my ESC's not arm?

1.Connect via USB or LiPo
2.APM 2.5 boots (red/blue LED's blinking fast)
3.The red light blinks (slow)
4.ESCs do not arm (no beep)

If i connect the LiPo directly to the PDB, all ESC's work fine. Calibrating 
them directly with RC also works well.

APM 2.5
3DR Arducopter Hexa V2.9.1bSpektrum DX6i RC COntroller and AR6210X Receiver

main battery may be low. I've also had problems with arming in arducopter 3

[resolved]
- the blinking red light was the "no-gps" indicator, because i were indoors
- the ESC's did not arm because the 3DR power module was broken => after i 
replaced it, everything works well
