The reviewer's response is more complicated than necessary. Basically, we just need to have a dummy variable for T and rho in Equations 4 and 5, respectively.

Specifically, the d(1/T) term in Equation 4 should be something like "d(1/T^star)" and the d\rho term in Equation 5 should be something like "d\rho^star."

@mostafa-razavi I would modify the wording somewhat though:

We agree with the reviewer that T should not be used as both a dummy variable inside the integral and in the limits of integration. However, we
