Comparing Nested PSO with pure PSO #20

I ran C2 optimization for MieSWF1012 with and without the inner loop's help and the result was surprising. Inner loop actually hurts the optimization convergence. The objective function of inner loop in this case includes Ures only, so maybe that's a factor. I will run a test with both Ures and Z in the objective function.
