Following data was obtained while experimenting running GOMC using GPU or CPU version. Right side: running 6 jobs, left side: running 12 jobs. TraPPE-C2. Up: N=600, down N=10,000. The first number is the highest rho on IT (0.6000 gcc). All numbers in stepes/sec units.
Conclusions:
1) When N=10,000 GPU has some advantage, but not mush.
2) Only one GPU is working. The other is not.
3) Even when N=10,000 only 44 % of one GPU is used.
