Portuguese translation #20

This program needs a portuguese translation, it's the 6th most spoken 
language in the world, after all.

Fortunately, I've got one right here :-)

Here is the new translation.

By the way, there's an error in one of the tags: <string 
name="prefernces_category"> 
should be <string name="preferences_category"> (missing an 'e' in 
"preferences").

It's not really important, but I thought I should point it out.

can you encode strings xml in utf-8? my editor failed to render some characters

Sorry, I thought gedit saved in UTF-8 by default.
