Not working after upgrading to android 2.1 #51

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Internet does not turn off 
2.Even with both apn's option selected
3. It worked before I upgraded my Eris

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Widget looks like its turned off but browser and market app still 
work

What version of the product are you using? On what operating 
system?
