Sorry, but this isn't a technical issue.

I thought you should be aware that this app seems to have been copied...

It works in exactly the same way as APNdroid - it even apends the APN url with 
the word apndroid.

Thanks for the notice. Unfortunately there are several of them, that don't add 
any value to existing APNdroid codebase. What can we do? :-(

According to apndroid license they are free to redestribute it, but the should 
also do this under GPL v3
