Graph for "innodb buffer pool activity" should not use AREA #187

The Problem:
The template for "InnoDB Buffer Pool Activity" graphs the following values: 
Pages Created, Read, and Written, using AREA and in that priority order. This 
causes the Created and Read values to be hidden when the Pages Written is 
greater than either of them.

Suggested Fix:
Change the template to use LINE2 instead of AREA for all three data points, so 
that they can be seen independently. Simple fix, problem solved :)
