Cacti is_hexadecimal() and MySQL JMX metrics id #201

All JMX meausres ids (d1,d2,...) and some of MySQL measures ids generates 
"value strings" that the fuction process_poller_output (lib/poller.php) 
identifies as hexadecimal instead of strings. This provokes that a incorrect 
"rrdtool graph" command and the graph in never updated.

A temporal path is remove the blank space as valid character of a hexedecimal 
value.
