Need moar tea to greet the students

With the increasing number of student looking for The Most Desirable 
Organization, we need to ensure the greeting of students is done well.

Greeting a student should be done with tea.

Many flavors exist:
1. black tea. Strong and somewhat inatractive to non-amateurs (unprepared, 
completely lost students and non-students). Means a kick.
2. green tea. A gentle flavor guiding students to GSOC's documentation.
2. yellow tea. a fresh flavor which will make the student travel to a number of 
exotic places (mostly unknown).

Other flavors are welcome.

Every flavor should be implemented in an informationnal bot (IRC and PHP form). 
Its real purpose would be to get rid of the hassle of manually serving tea 
(greeting unprepared students) at MDO.

I know this is controversial, but we really should consider providing coffee as 
well. It might be worth doing a market study to determine the desirability of 
Coffee over Tea.

Personally, a -1 on the coffee as it hurts our most desirable brand image

Moreover, coffee is considered a most addictive drug, producing stomachache and 
unicorn farting. -1, really.

We could add it as an option, though. For people to make a dark, onctuous and 
torrefacted transition.
