Inserting new records via the select query results grid fails #22

Both on stable and current development version: e.g. for an empty table: select query, run query, insert new records in result grid, click apply

Reason: TfmQueryWindow.ApplyClick does not distinguish between updated and inserted records but thinks everything is updates
