Please check whether the following validation rules are implemented, and if not, please do so:

taxonomicCoverage is required for MOTHER
intellectualRights is required for MOTHER
if an award is entered for a project, i.e., the award element exists, then MOTHER requires the awardNumber element to be non-empty (awardNumber is optional in EML even if an award exists)

I need the Award Number to have an asterisk next to it instead of the word Optional.
