make tooltip more fancy #10

journalists give me a json object w/ keys === column names, value === type of data, in the proper order, and I make it into a tooltip.

When this is done make a new issue for Jaeah to style this.

Ugh wait this means if I make the label for them out of the column name their labels don't get to have spaces, but I really don't want to make them create a really real json object, do I?

return to this tomorrow with a clear head.
