Search engines aren't very good #189

When searching for 'oi polloi' in the user search, or their email address, nothing comes up, even though there most certainly is a user for Oi Polloi. I am putting this in CP because I think it probably is an issue on all the search engines across the control panel. I guess the logic for the search terms should be a bit fuzzier?
