If you get a flash message, it pushes the rest of the page down, but the page height appears to remain the same. The end result is that anything that was at the bottom of the screen is now inaccessible until you close the flash message, but as a user it's not very clear that this would fix that.
How can this be replicated?
Edit a product and save it, you should no longer be able to see the 'required field' bit at the bottom of the screen
