File filtering #24

I have added two select boxes which will contain filtering for the file listing. I'm not 100% sure if we are going to do this for v1. The two options are to Sort by and Filter by, we might not need both or either.

Well I was working from the top down so I've added this #32, though as mentioned will need a javascript onchange submit listener.

This is now a future feature to be reimplemented as was removed.
