Uploading multiple files sometimes silently doesn't work for all of them #44

@RosieRoylance-White reports that when uploading 30 or so images, some of them certainly did not upload but they were all reported as successfully uploaded.

Needs further testing.

This was likely due to the max_upload_size ini setting. What's our long term policy on this? A workaround or just a server thing? @joeholdcroft

I don't really know :( we need to do more exploring of our options probably. There will always be a limit. Client-side compression or resizing may help? But not particularly for PDFs and such.
