Moves the address classes into the MS User component rather than the Commerce component.
There is still work to be done to de-commercify this module but this paves the way for that to be completed. The address types are now registered in a service and if there are none registered, the address tab will not display. Also i have removed the order history tab and the tabs are also now registered via a service. This tab is now added in the commerce module
