I recently updated to v1.48.0 from v1.43.0 and ran into an issue when using unique.seqs. In the older version, whenever I would only provide a fasta file as input, it would generate a names file as second output but now it generated a count table. I checked the documentation (https://mothur.org/wiki/unique.seqs/) and that also describes the behavior of the older version, but then I saw in the list of revisions on the bottom of that page, that since v1.47.0 the count file is created by default so the top part of the documentation is not correct anymore.
