Hi Jeannie - these questions are best asked over on the forum. If you wouldn't mind posting this there that would be great. Can you tell me what the error message is?
Thanks, Pat
Sorry I'm new to this. I'll post in the forum.
No worries!

I tried to download and use the Version 19 16S rRNA Reference (PDS) instead of the older taxonomy files in the Galaxy 16S Microbial Analysis with mothur (extended) tutorial (https://training.galaxyproject.org/training-material/topics/microbiome/tutorials/mothur-miseq-sop/tutorial.html) and the Classify.seqs step failed. At first it wouldn't run because the file type was wrong, but I fixed that. Is there something else I need to do to get Classify.seqs to work with the new reference files in the tutorial?
Thanks! Jeannie
