carla_msg是carla_ros_bridge的模块，应该是你没有设置carla_ros_bridge的bash文件，在~/.bashrc里加入source ~/carla-ros-bridge/catkin_ws/devel/setup.bash（ ~/carla-ros-bridge换成你自己的carla-ros-bridge路径），然后在要编译的终端source ~/.bashrc 后面那个问题是warning不需要解决

1 运行launch 这个error可以忽略？ 2 运行scenario_runner出现这个问题
