questions about nuBoard #185

I run tutorials/nuplan_framework.ipynb in Command lines with "python nuplan/planning/script/run_nuboard.py" on server, and access the url（hostname:8026），it goes wrong with：【500: Internal Server Error】

I solve this problem by adding parameters, "python nuplan/planning/script/run_nuboard.py simulation_path="[$path1]" it goes well
