Replace parameter and attribute "text" with "description" #99

User roles has "text" listed as parameter but column is named "description".

Groups have "text" attribute which is actually a description.

To be consistent. Should we name it text or describtion? See tables user_roles and event_groups.

I would call it "description" as that is more descriptive .. text can really be anything.

haha. it breaks 121 tests. will change it though.
