Implement a video cell type for the flowplayer iframe.

Depends on https://github.com/motionbank/score-system-backend/issues/1

I just re-checked and we do not currently have any plans/need for flow player.

We have a quite good player that we use for our Piecemaker / YouTube material as an iframe based module ... no need for this on the front end level any more i think.
